MyHealth Profile If a health questionnaire is included as part of your program, employees will receive a Personal Wellness Report which provides current health status and defines individual risk factors that are modifiable by behavior change. The report, derived from lifestyle choices, family history, and laboratory results, will typically be available for viewing and printing online with 48 hours of specimen collection. Printed PWRs are mailed participants' homes within 2-3 weeks of specimen collection. More info >>


MyTest Profile If you do not wish to include the Health Questionnaire as part of your program, the employee will receive a condensed report with laboratory results, normal ranges, and brief description of tests. This report is also typically available for viewing and printing online within 48 hours of specimen collection. Printed PLRs are mailed to participants' homes within 2-3 weeks of specimen collection. OurCompany Profile Upon completion of the laboratory testing, you will receive a detailed report of aggregate, de-identified data for your company's results based on the participation (only available for groups of 40 or more participants). A participation report identifying those who participated in the program can also be provided for incentive administration purposes.
